Shipping (Updated 11/19/08)
We ship 5 days a week. You can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (except weekends and Federal Holidays). If your item is out of stock or backordered we will notify you within 24 hours (except weekends and Federal Holidays). We ship via USPS within the US and to Canada, Europe and Australia we ship USPS Global Priority Mail only.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct! Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Customer is repsonsible for all shipping costs including reshipping items that may be returned to us marked "return to sender" or "address invalid".
USPS Shipping: Here is a list of the following shipping times of the USPS by service. Please remember these are estimates not guarantees:
Within the US: Priority Mail 2-3 business days, First Class Mail 3-4 business days and Parcel Post 7-10 business days.
International: Times vary depending on the Country. Usually 7-14 business days.

Shipping rates are as follows:
US-All US shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation. USPS standard shipping rate of $5.99 for orders $.99-$74.99. Orders of $75.00 or more ship FREE (standard shipping only). USPS Priority Mail rate of $7.99 for orders $.99-$49.99, $9.99 for orders $50.00-99.99 and $12.99 for orders of $200.00 or more.
Canada-All items ship US Global Priority Mail and includes tracking and insurance. Flat rate of $14.00 for orders .99 to $49.99, $19.00 for orders $50.00-$99.99 and $24.00 for orders $100.00 to $199.99. Orders of $200 or more ship for $29.00.
Europe & Australia- All items ship US Global Priority Mail and includes tracking and insurance. $20.00 for orders .99 to $49.99 and $25.00 for orders $50.00 to $199.99. Orders over $200 ship for $32.00.
Payments
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept offline credit card payments. We can accept offline payments via fax. For fax, please print out the following form: FAX ORDER FORM
Sales Tax
No sales tax except for items shipped to New York and Nevada.
Returns
Returns and or exchanges accepted but items must be returned within 7 days of your receiving them. Refund does not include shipping costs. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer including shipping for exchanges. Please contact us if you plan to exchange/return an item. We need your invoice number to look up ypur order, please make sure to include this in your email, or have available when you call. You must receive an return authorization number (RA#) for any return or exchange (no exceptions). Items must be in original clear intact packaging, have all tags/hangers attached, be in the same new condition you received them in and free of smoke and pet hair. Only items in the above listed condition will be considered for returns or exchanges, Items sent back that do not meet the above mentioned conditions will be returned to the customer. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted at our PO box address. Because of this items for exchange or return must be shipped back to us by USPS only.
Clearance Items
There are no returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS.
